How long is the service? It’s nice to know how long a service typically runs so people can plan accordingly.
What about kids? Visitors with children like to know what to do when they first walk in—should they head to the kid’s classrooms or bring them into the main service? Also, they want to know what kind of care their child will be receiving.
What’s the service like? Let people know the style of music, whether the service is formal or informal, and other details so they know what to expect. Try to make these details reflect the mission and values of your church.
How do people normally dress? People feel more comfortable in a new place when they don’t feel like they stand out.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Deni Baptist is an evangelical church that preaches the Bible each week in order to hear God speak to us and be reminded of what it means to be faithful followers of Jesus.

We sing (some new and some old!), pray, hear about what's happening during the week and enjoy each other's company over morning tea.

Our service starts at 10:30am, but we encourage folk to come earlier (from 10am) to catch up and encourage others before church. The service length varies, but it usually it is about an hour fifteen, with the sermon going approximately 30 mins.

There is a Kid's Church [Sunday School and Creche] for K-6 that starts halfway through the service - just before the sermon.
